HUB Global Team
The HUB Global team or HUB Company is a charitable company established and registered under the name “HUB GmbH” in Vienna, Austria, and held in sole ownership by HUB Association. It is created to serve as lean management unit to particularly support the growth, expansion and performance of local HUBs and HUB Initiatives and to strengthen the global HUB Network. HUB Company is legally represented by the Management Board.






HUB Association Directors
The HUB Association directors ensure supervisory governance of HUB GmbH and coordinate the General Assembly of HUBs where global decisions are made. They work on a voluntary basis and are elected on a yearly basis from the entire HUB membership.
HUB Advisory Council
The HUB Advisory Council is an elected council of diverse stakeholders, collaborators and supporters of the HUB Network. Its remit is to provide advice to HUB Company, as the HUB Network’s executive arm, on the overall strategy and development of the HUB Network.

Clusters
Clusters are officially mandated on-going initiatives led by various people and entities from the HUB network that perform key activities on behalf of the global community. They may be of thematic or geographic nature and are typically created to align interests and shape coherent strategies to advance a specific purpose in line with the larger HUB vision, purpose and core values.

Working Groups are internally mandated temporary entities that focus on generating solutions to key internal issues identified within the global network.
